INTERNATIONAL TEACHING MINISTRY at ASIA PACIFIC THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY
Kay is the Director of Post-Graduate Programmes at the college. She also visits Mongolia to help in the AOG Bible College and a local church, and is a member of their Advisory Council.

Kay is Senior Pastor of International Praise Center, an International Church in Baguio City.
